Apenas iniciarei o desenho após o pagamento de 50% do valor da encomenda ser efetuado. O desenho finalizado e em alta resolução só será enviado (por e-mail) após o pagamento dos outros 50%.

Não será emitido qualquer tipo de reembolso caso o sketch já tenha sido iniciado, a menos que eu cancele ou seja incapaz de terminar a encomenda

Eu, a artista, detenho todos os direitos sobre o desenho tanto como do uso da arte para promover-me em qualquer lugar, como redes sociais, exibi-la em portfólio ou como amostra de encomenda, publicá-la em sites públicos, entre outros.

O comissário está autorizado a: Usar a arte apenas para uso pessoal (a menos que seja acordado de outra forma), reivindicar o direito de seus personagens, mas não o desenho em si. Use a arte para se promover com o devido crédito dado à artista.

Eu tenho o direito de recusar a solicitação de encomenda por motivos pessoais

Tenha em mente que não farei nada que fuja do meu traço/estilo

Enviarei screenshots durante o processo caso solicitado

NÃO utilize minha arte em qualquer tipo de ferramenta ou software de Inteligência Artificial (IA)

Não farei alterações drásticas no desenho caso o processo adiante do sketch (rascunho) tenha sido iniciado, por isso solicite quaisquer mudanças durante a etapa de sketch

As encomendas podem levar de 3 a 8 semanas

I will only start the drawing process after payment of 50% of the order value is made. The finished drawing in high resolution will only be sent (by e-mail) after payment of the other 50%.

No refunds will be issued if the sketch has already started unless I cancel or am unable to complete the order

The values are set considering the currency fee charge

I, the artist, own all rights to the drawing, as well as to the use of the art to promote myself anywhere, such as social media, display it in a portfolio or as an order sample, publish it on public websites, among others.

The commissioner is authorized to: Use the art for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed), claim the right to its characters but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote yourself with due credit given to the artist.

I have the right to refuse the commission request for personal reasons

Keep in mind that I won't do anything that is out of my art style

I will send screenshots during the process if requested

I will not make drastic changes to the drawing if the process ahead of the sketch has already started, so request any changes during the sketch stage
